Base in two column format : sidebar and content. But I devided the sidebar become 2. Sidebar structure is design for adsense. In the top, you can add adsense in 300 x 250 format (videa ads compatible - see a screenshot : there is video ads by nokia). And in one of a split sidebar, you can also put ads unit. Also, you can change any color of any section of your page, include to change image header
